Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance at Model Crazy, and it is our goal to provide you with a first class professional level of service. Our "no hassle" returns policy means we can keep our terms & conditions very simple.

Payment

We accept the following payment methods: Paypal , UK personal cheques in GBP (Payable to MR C. R. LEM), Postal Orders, most currencies in cash and International Money Orders (which must be made out in GBP and able to be drawn on a UK Bank Account)
NOTE: We only accept credit cards via the Paypal system. No charge is made for this service.

Delivery Options

At Model Crazy we’re proud to offer a fast and efficient delivery service. Select the models you want to buy and we’ll make sure they are carefully packaged and despatched promptly.
Model Crazy uses Royal Mail to deliver all UK based orders. We will make every effort to deliver your models within 3-5 Bank days of your cheque clearing or receipt of your Paypal payment.
There are six cost bands for postage, which will be automatically added to your total so you know how much to pay. All items are insured.

Note: Overseas buyers will be notified of the postal cost on an individual basis. All items are sent by airmail. We ship world wide.

No Hassle Returns

At Model Crazy we take care to make sure all models have been checked before despatch. However there may be a reason that you want to return a model. Our “no hassle” guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition, within 7 days, and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

To return a model, please e-mail us to explain the nature of the defect or reason for return, wrap the model securely in its original box with all packaging, and accessories, and we will inform you by reply where to send the model back to. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. We will send you an e-mail to let you know when we have received and processed your return. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Privacy Policy

At Model Crazy we are committed to protecting your privacy. We only use the information that you provide us to process orders. Any personal information provided to us during your online shopping experience at Model Crazy is solely controlled by us. When you order online, we need to know your name, e-mail address, delivery and billing address. This allows us to process and fulfill your orders and to notify you of the status of your order. It is a Model Crazy guarantee to its customers that we shall not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others, either now or in the future.
